2. Replacement of temporarily absent accountant

This option is considered in the following options:
  • the company hires its own accountants/ assistants,however, some fields of accounting are more difficult for the employees or require tighter control/compliance with local regulations or the company’s requirements; 
  • the company outsources just certain areas of the accounting (e.g. payroll, purchases, sales, preparation of reports to the tax authorities or management, etc.);
  • the company outsources the control function by having a third independent party reviewing the tasks completed by internal accountants.
